Can I order any product from my catalogue?

You can order all of the products agreed by your local Area Business Manager. If you think a product is missing, please contact your ABM.

Can I still order by phone or email?

Of course you can! However, eLub ordering is much quicker and you can order any time you like.

Does the system let me place next day orders?

Not yet. If you would like a next day delivery, please get in touch via the Contact Us section before 12pm otherwise your order will be delivered to standard delivery terms.

I have placed an order but need to make an amendment or cancel. What do I do?

Not to worry, get in touch via the Contact Us section and the Customer Service team will be happy to amend it for you.

My delivery address is incorrect, how do I change it?

The Customer Service team will gladly change it for you. Just reach out via the Contact Us page. 

What are your office opening hours?
The office opening hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday and we can be reached on 01977 238 200. 

Will I be advised of any additional charges incurred on my order?

Additional charges are not visible via eLub however, you are alerted to minimum order quantities throughout the ordering process. Your ABM would be happy to clarify if you contact them directly.

Will the system advise me of delivery delays?

The eLub platform won't confirm delays just yet. The good news is every order is checked by the Customer Service team and you will be contacted should there be a delay.
